I thought maybe people here might be willing to sign this to get this girls petition to her required number of signatures.
3 people have been murdered in Menard this year and one suicide. They have having problems of epic proportions to say the least. Most of the issue is putting lifers in the same cells as non lifers.
My penpal is one of those lifers...so obviously they're not all cut from the same cloth but 2 of the murders were a lifer with a short term inmate.
Anyway...if you'd like to sign, it's a worthy cause...activism in Illinois has gotten results...it's all a drop in the bucket...and eventually Quinn will have to listen if people keep their voices raised.
