Are you sure that is what their facility uses? There is Jpay as well. Also, did you try directly looking up for the inmates using their DOC number? I am not aware how exactly these apps work since my pen pal is on Jpay and there you search for inmates based on their DOC number.

can someone help me to set up this online platform where I will be able to message an inmate? 
i have downloaded 2 apps called "connect network" and "GTL Getting out" however I cant make it work. The facilities they are in is not even there to choose, so I struggle to find the person.
