Hi i was send a letter 1 month ago to Orlando Dominguez #Y25779 its my second letter to him but i didn't get answer from him . On the networkconnect.com too... Why ?

It could be one of many reasons.
move not used connectnetwork for emailing but if you didn't send a prepaid reply (if you can) then it's possible he can't afford to respond.
He could be unwell, in the hole, or on loss of privileges.
Or, worst case, he's decided that you don't have a connection and doesn't wish to respond.

I don't know how connect network works but sometimes pen pals don't respond because they don't wish to create a pen friendship with the people who wrote to them. Or they got a lot of replies and can't reply to everyone due to money or time.
If you want to send him another letter I'd suggest maybe write a postal letter to the prison. That way you are more sure that it's not just a fault with connect network.
