Hello,I have my boyfriend inside and he is in the hole right now I check JPay, and he's still listed on my account and I have the option to send money or credits, but when I click on email it says "you don't have an inmate with email enabled" This has never happened before, but its also so the first time he's gone to the hole.is it normal for their email account to be somehow suspended when that happens?

And we he get out the hole is he going te get his privileges back? I think so right?

Yeah, they won't have access to Jpay and the C.Os can control whether or not they allow you to send them.
When mine was in the hole, I could still send emails but not book a video visit or send a videogram. He wouldn't get the emails whilst in the hole but they would go through so he had access to them when he got out.
It's not unusual for certain facilities to turn off their ability to send/receive emails though

Depending on what happened and on what kind of restrictions/penalty they get, yes, it can happen that they lose privileges. Does not necessarily have to (I once had a friend in the hole for a 30 day period and he could keep his tablet with him, even in the hole), but that was, well... some sort of a misdemeanor, more of a misunderstanding/miscommunication between him and his boss at his prison job than anything else. If it had been about sth.leading to any kind of investigation, I'm sure he would not have had access to Jpay.
