Mom

Hi, this is a long shot for me and the first time I've ever asked any questions but I figured I'd give it a shot my son is 28 and he is 70 miles away in a second level prison he has been there since February and then in another pheasant since November of 2017 he wouldn't he got 10 years suspended to three he's an on violent offender supposed to be in a level one prison he turned in a knife that he found in the bathroom so they put him in protective custody and moved him 70 miles away in February of 2017 every time it comes close for him to get out or to get off his disciplinary thing something happens it's just something random I think that he's being done that way on purpose he gets sent plenty of money by Mom and Dad and I don't know if the prisoners try to keep people like him there he's only supposed to serve a year-and-a-half and he's with people serving 30 and 40 years as a court date this week I was just wondering he has disciplinary that keeps on put him back this is the third time I just don't think it's a coincidence that this happens within three to five days of him getting out or getting visitation and canteen back or whatever they get besides that can a judge say that he has served enough time and release him?
