I'm trying to find someone who lives in Ohio around the Cleveland area who has an inmate that they visit at the Southeastern correctional institution. I do not drive and I'm having a hard time finding someone that I can pay them half of the gas there and back to ride with them so that I'm able to visit my husband who is incarcerated there.
