It doesn't look like your husband is a Federal prisoner. Do you know where he was trasferred to? You can call the facility and ask if he's arrived? In my case, my husband's counselor called me to let me know he had been transferred and arrived. She helped answer a lot of my questions. If you look online to the facility where he was transferred to he might have already been entered into their system, although sometimes that takes a few days. Hang in there, I know it's scary...
