How do I change an address for an inmate if they've been transferred to another facility?

Hello Native4life99, thank you for joining our forum. If you go to the profile pen pal page of the client, scroll down towards the bottom, and in the left hand column is a link that says Report Address Change.  Click on that link, submit the new information and include the name, DOC or BOP number, facility, street or PO Box, city, state and zip code of the new address and it will sent to our staff to verify and update. Please be sure you are inputting the inmate mail address and not the physical location address of the facility.
