Why should the inmate be on GTL? Not every prison has GTL. Some do have Jpay or Corrlinks (or none at all), fully depends on what state and/or facility he is in.
hi i cannot figure out how to post a question but what does it mean when i cannot find my inmate on the GTL? do i need to? i added the location.? for calls and emails..
Hi Kelly and welcome to the forums and to WAP. Unfortunately, prisoners don't have access to the forums to get back to you. So, it's up to you to browse through the ads and find yourself a penpal friend to write.
