I'd like to check info about inmates in Louisiana before writing, just to be sure if they were released or not, if they were moved from a prison unit to another, this kind of basic info. Any state makes these info public at some page of their site, but I can't find the public offender locator of Louisiana. All I get is a phone number, at https://doc.louisiana.gov/offender-locator/ . I'm not willing to get this info by telephone! And the VINElink is something just for victims; I'm not a victim!
