I would like to know someone who has a loved one in Central Prison in order to exchange suggestions and solutions.
For example, have you heard something about video visits? Do you have issues with the Getting out App? Often it does not work so it reminds me of the other App (the one about visits) but it seems that I can't have a video visit. Then, I verified the phone number, okay, but then I am not able to verify my ID, even if I sent all the pictures they want by the website. I can't add money on my account... I can't change my picture profile. I can do .. nothing! Basically, keeping in touch with my friend is becoming a pain in the neck!
Do you have the same issues?
I am from Europe but I am using an american number. I have never had issues the first months.
