Is it time yet?
The raindrops fall on the window
Slower than the seconds
I thought it must be time
The light shatters in some mornings
Life gives us morsels, leftovers, echoes
We were someones shadow
As they are out there
Working, walking the streets, going back to family and friends
Time never stopped for them
But how could i not be grateful for the raindrops?
This is my time
Prison time
And i am doing it
Somewhere far away a car goes by
A lover kisses his lover
And the pure hearts look at the sky and say
Yes i think it is still endless
But is it they that are far
Or us, here, in this cell?

Cell is the tiniest part of the human body
There is a danger to it,
To think that these walls could make
the sky small with us.
Our gazes extend to a dark place
Somewhere in the night
A heart still beats
