I need help with the answers, please!
I am new to this and I live in Spain. I have written a message to an inmate directly from the web. I have not used another courier service. What I'm not sure about is how he's going to respond. Should I indicate my real address in the profile? For privacy, I indicated the incomplete address, so it is impossible for any physical letter to reach me. Please help!
So I sent an email through writeaprisoner website and I never put my address on the letter but I have received his letter, so I'm guessing they may give them your address that you put down on website
Yes - every letter into prison needs a complete return address so Write A Prisoner uses the address you put down in your profile. If you didn't put your complete address in your profile, and you sent an email through WAP then you won't get a reply.
Hey Elizabeth, If you want to be able to form a pen-pal connection and be able to write to one another then your address needs to be given. I can understand why you are a little hesitant at first so maybe if you can set up a P.O. Box that might be better.
