I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm writing to an inmate in San Quentin and I'm wondering if I can decorate my envelopes and letters with drawings. I can imagine that stickers are not allowed but a drawing to decorate the letter? I can't find anything on the website of the prison so I'm wondering if anyone here knows.

Yes you can decorate your letters to SQ, but don't use any markers or ink. Colored pencil is no problem.
