So, in this day and age, where everyone is 24/7 reachable, I am about to make the most complicated phonecall of my life, it seems. I've filled in the paperwork, send it by snailmail and about a month later I am an approved visitor. That's the first step. And now it's time for the second step, to make the actual phonecall.
My pp says (well, writes actually, since we cannot talk on the phone yet) that SQ (Cal) has made a deal with gtl.com for international calls. They now are 7 cents a minute and to establish a prepaid account does no longer carry a surcharge. He asks me if this is true. I've looked on the gtl website and I had all these flashbacks of when I first started using the WAP website. In other words: there is no manual and I don't know where to find this information. I suppose it is hidden somewhere between all the stories and letters of CEO's and customer reviews about how wonderful and amazing and super committed gtl is, but I was not able to find it. So, please, can someone help me with this?
I live in the Netherlands. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to become a customer with gtl, how much the costs are and how the set up is for this whole phone procedure?
