Fake profile?

Hello kweenxshels, thank you for joining our forum. Profiles can be submitted by the client themselves or friends/family members can submit profiles online. All clients are mailed a welcome packet to them directly at their facility after their page is posted and they can contact our office if they have any questions, edits, etc.  Have a great day!

There's no internet where this person is incarcerated. They said they have no knowledge of a profile being made and have not received any mail either. Is that possible?

None of our clients have access to the internet and we are a USPS mail based business.  As we stated earlier, a profile can be submitted by a friend/family member for an inmate and a welcome packet is mailed to each client with a copy of their page and our policies. If they need to contact us, they will do so by USPS mail with the information given in their packet.
