How long does it usually take to get a response from WAP help email?

I emailed wap to ask if the prisoner I emailed had gotten my letter as I hadn't had a confirmations when I sent it but haven't had a reply yet I emailed 2 days ago.

Sometimes it can take a few days to get a reply. But you mentioned before that you wrote a prisoner on the 26th. Emails are forwarded on the 7th and the 23rd so your email has not been forwarded yet.
