When a prisoner creates a post, requesting penpals, how many ( on average, or just a rough estimate even) people actually respond? Also, what kind of people usually respond, people offering support, people looking for romance, and people that are lonely? I'm just curious, I recently became a " penpal", and I don't want to ask and give off any weird vibes, because I really am just curious.TIA
