I’ve just realized that talking about their ads could get them in trouble. I didn’t know that because I thought WAP cooperate with prisons because there is no such a warning about this issue. Then I’ve learned it’s a huge problem. What should I do now? I even don’t know If my pp recieved my e-mail. It’s been a long time actually.

It normally isn't a problem mentioning the ad. Except if you do it in states that don't allow penpals. You picked someone in FL, right? Well, hm... email WAP about it & ask what to do. Your pp in FL and ads not being allowed there, it might even be good if he didn't get the letter. (That's cynical, I know, but I mean "good" only in the sense of "it doesn't have any bad consequences." ) But then again, there's frreedom of speech & they do have a right to get mail.
So, this is a subject of advocating the rights of prisoners as well. Since WAP is doing precisely that & is based in FL as well, I'm pretty sure they are in contact with the governor about things like that. Might be even a thing for the "Write a governor" column that WAP has, too. Just check it out.
No, my pp in CA. I just read your comment for someone about that topic. That’s why I felt panic. Is it only for FL? I thought it’s the same for all facilities.

CA has no pp restrictions. There are a few states that don't allow pp. FL I know for sure, and I'm not sure about Missouri and Oklahoma .
But there are a lot of ppl on here writing to inmates in CA, so no need to be afraid.
Hey, sorry, I certainly did not want to make you feel in a panic.
The states have all different rules, so it very much depends on where a person is incarcerated.
No, no it ok! I now feel ok! Thank you for being helpful and responding to every question!
