I’ve sent an e-mail to an inmate but I didn’t include my address because I couldn’t read something like that except snail mail! So is it necessary? First I thought we will continue though the email (im new one here so) what should I do? Should I re-sent mail that says my address?

Yes free emails are free and they go through, but it can take some time before the inmate receives it. It can also take some time before you get a reply.
@Applehead: If you used the first email service your address is included automatically, so don't worry
Also note that it’s a letter that is printed and sent out to the inmate via WAP. WAP itself is not an email provider. They just print what you type.
