When are letters (WAP email option) sent?

I saw 7th and 23rd mentioned multiple times but I just looked on the WAP site and I'm seeing 4th and 20th. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks for the reply.

I did go ahead and send a message using the Email option.

However, after sending it, the page says:

''Print out this letter using the standard Print feature on your browser. Only the letter will print; these instructions and the rest of the page will not print.

After you print the letter, you can put it in an envelope and address it to the inmate at:''

Does this mean it hasn't been forwarded correctly? I don't see why it would tell me to print it and send it myself if it was successfully sent, since it would just be a duplicate.
