Does anyone know if there is anywhere that does correspondence courses where A could get financial aid/scholarship? He's in Arizona and Rio Salado College doesn't offer financial help to him as he's doing 25 to life. I've suggested he write to Ohio State and Adams State as I know they do correspondence courses but i'm clueless as to how the American education system works anyway!

Ohio was the one I was going to suggest.
I guess that's a no then! I can understand why they wouldn't from a financial standpoint but it's really frustrating when he wants so badly to improve himself. He's so intelligent it pains me!
