Those who would say “we don’t send criminals to prison to go to school” do not realize that [/FONT][/COLOR][B]all studies show that education dramatically reduces recidivism. 96% of all prisoners will be released. Let’s [I]keep[/I] them out![/B][COLOR=#656464][FONT=Droid Sans][B]Less recidivism means fewer crime victims. As surely as I am sitting here this is a crime prevention measure.[/B][/FONT][/COLOR]
