When I check "My account -> Your Messages", and open any e-mail forwarded to prisoners using the free service provided by WriteAPrisoner, I notice none of those emails kept the formatting I used when composing them. That is, all line breaks disapear, therefore mixing all text as one single textwall...
Is this the way the prisoners receive my messages? That's very ugly, I wouldn't like to receive textwalls like those.

I think not, because each message has the address of the sender (I suppose at the top of the letter) and in the messages that appear in our accounts this don't appear anywhere, which means the page only offers the content of the message without worrying about its original form. Surely, prisoners receive the messages in a more readable and friendly way
I have the same problem! Can you tell me how it looks for the inmate? Also I wrote my mailing address at the bottom of the letter and it has some german letters like "ö" and they just removed those when I look at the sent letter, I'm worried that I won't get a reply because those letters are missing in the address! Does WAP write the address somewhere in the letter?
