So I went through all the steps to put my cousin on here whom is wanting a pen pal and I am really confused on how this works I paid I think it went through and I'm not sure how to tell if it will be posted? Will I receive a confirmation email or something? Please help.

Did you receive an email saying you submitted the profile? That's the only confirmation you'll receive if payment etc went through. You will not be informed when the ad is posted but your cousin will get a confirmation letter from WAP with a copy of the ad as soon as it's up. The only thing you can do is check the website from time to time to see if it's on.
I never got a confirmation email that's what I don't get I made my payment and a green box came up but under it a red box came up and said error but didn't say with what. When I go to my account it under transactions so I'm not getting it.
The website has been 'renewed' recently and it still has quite a bit of errors, this is probably one of them. It's best to contact WAP and tell them about that error message and have them check what's going on with your ad.

I am having issues also. I went thru the steps of putting my son on here. I then was gonna finish it when I got the money. Well later I went back and tried to complete it and post it but it kept rerouting me at the end back to the first. I did this several times. I waited for days and tried again and it said I couldn't add him becauae he was already added. Well I tried to make changes to the profile to add his photo. Anyways I have been back and forth. I put my card number in but it has never came thru my account. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. I have emailed them several times about helping me. This is very important to my son. Can someone PLEASE tell me how do I get his profile paid and posted? Or can I delete all that and start over? I have not gotten a response from admin people about this since September 11. I have searched several times and can not find his profile anywhere.....but can find mine. Please help
I emailed them aswell I go to my account and then to transactions and see I paid 70 it went through yet I go to view profile and I have a message saying need to attache a penpal profile for the public to have access.
