Having difficulties with JPAY/SECURUS

Since Jpay is now only emessaging with Securus I know they only offer at certain facilities 

I am still receving emails from a PP but it will not let me sign up every time I click on there name which is listed I recieve this "

Has this happened to anyone and can anyone give any suggestions I have tried to send emails to Securus but am yet waiting for a reply is my best bet to wait for online services any suggestions/comments will be highy valued! Thankyou

They were having difficulties this morning (here, evening in AZ) for a few hours. I was told by my email account, I'd gotten a msg from AZ (Lewis prison, to be exact), but couldn't log in to read it until recently. But now it's working fine again. Just the usual over traffic on free reply Wednesday (which in AZ means Tuesday 9 PM their time to Wednesday 9 PM their time). Wednesdays are often a bit edgy,as there's much more server traffic than usual.

How did you fixed this?? I have this on the moment and I can't put money of make a videocall appointment for me and me man..
