listing an inmate new profile help

Did you fill out all the fields on the form? The website was renewed recently and not all is working as it should be so it could be a technical issue. If you still have trouble with the profile, it's best to contact WAP staff about it.

Oh btw, it can take a few days or sometimes longer before a new profile is uploaded to the website and become public, WAP has to verify the information first and it's possible your profile is just pending

After I went to account and then clicked transactions and saw payment for new listing. when I click I can see profile or edit profile. when I view profile it says. "This page is not accessible to the public. An inmate-related page (such as a pen-pal profile) must be attached to this inmate for anything to appear publicly." - what's weird is that I can see the profile and all the info I filled in but that message is at the top. Is it that I did not create a pen-pal profile on another website and attached the embedded profile from another site to this site? Because all the questions they asked before billing me I answered and even uploaded one photo. I replied by adding a comment not sure if it alerted you.. Your the only one helping me.. I'm disappointed how difficult the website makes it to get in contact with them. Their number one in popularity yet can't get a live rep to talk to you :/ nor can I find even YouTube videos walking you through steps how to created a profile.

I also thought I had set up a account for my son and I ended up paying the new price 65 then another 50 and his profile is not public either and it is showing up as a blog oh my please someone help me when I try to change things it keeps wanting more money I cant afford any more money.  please someone help me.  His name is Jason Smith 1392943 and my email is smwl100crh100 [at] gmail.comrel="nofollow".  I have sent two email to technical support but still nothing.

@smwl100crh Looks like an error was made in uploading your son's profile but WAP tech staff is the only one who can do something about it. When did you email tech support? It could take some time before they get it fixed, I once asked for a profile change and it took like two weeks before it was done, but if you don't hear back at all let me know and I can try to tell them what's wrong.

I filled out the profile and now it won’t let me put in any more info about my son . I haven’t even paid . I cannot locate that area either . Any suggestions?

Ugh I made one this morning and I'm still having the same exact problem where it says 

This page is not accessible to the public. An inmate-related page (such as a Pen-pal profile) must be attached to this inmate for anything to appear publicly.  I have paid and I'm not sure what to do...Has anyone go this problem fixed at all? You can ignore that notification, it just means the profile is pending. It takes WAP a few days up to a week to verify and upload a profile. They do this manually. When it's approved and uploaded, this notification will disappear. Just wait for it ; )

so you did fill out the profile, pay for it and clicked to create it (i.e. sent it to WAP?) If yes, then they'll put up his profile. Give them 3 -5 work days to get it done.
 

I'm having the same problem. I don't see my son's ad under the inmate search. It's been a month since I made it up for him. I can't even see how to contact technical support. Any help please?? His ad profile name is Bjt1982 and he's in Missouri, aged 37 yrs old. Thanks in advance!! Karen

@Ale: In pre-Covid times it took up to 5 work days - no idea if there are delays now? But given the date of your post, it ought to be there now.

@Haneef: Could you tell what exactly is the problem? A paid profile you don't see yet? Or do you need some help in creating the profile? I didn't get what exactly you were talking about, sorry.

I am having the same peoblem

I setup my sons account and paid for it back in april Nobody can find him Its sad that yall dont have an actual phone number when dealing with people money. I paid for the " purchase a new inmate profile as a gift" it said they would contact/ notify the inmate within 48 hours and then create a profile, i pur hased this as a "gift" for him stil he or I havent received anything, what do i need to do to get his profile up and running? or how do i contact WAP please someone help!
