Understanding the process

I registered my son on this website so he could get letters, he received his first letter but the person sent a JPay message and he doesn’t know where to write back to since they don’t have access to a computer and the person didn’t write her address, we do have her customer id number, can someone please help, it would be greatly appreciated

It seems that people often forget to include their address when writing via JPay, so there's nothing you can do about it now. Unless she realizes her mistake and writes him again. The customer ID won't help you in this case. It's kinda frustrating but it happens all the time...

Usually if you need to include your address within a JPay letter, it’ll say it on the ad. Does it say to include the address on your sons ad?

If it's TX, you should always. Besides, there was an updated ad recently saying "Xy, I hope you read this cause I can't get back to you, cause you did not include your address.", though I don't know whether it was your son's ad or not.

Sadly, none of us can help you with the customer's ID - we don't know whose ID it is.

Good luck that she realizes beuing meant and is going to write once again.
