I live in Europe and so far my inmate friend have been calling my US number that I made on Open Phone. But we would like to talk more than his free phone call once a week.
I have tried to make a Securus account but I really can't figure out how to set it up so that there is a prepaid amount on it so I can receive calls. I need help..

Selosa I'm using Open phone for a US phone number. So my pen pal can call me once a week for 15 min. But if I could prepay on Securus we could talk for longer.. I get stuck at not having a US address and credit card.

I don't know what's so hard o understand about using VPN. I told you the solution, YOU have to do the work. Stuff like that really puts me off commenting.
Using securus for international callers is almost impossible. I couldn’t use securus so I got a US number from Zadarma and it is fine.
I don't know what ConnectNetwork is.. I use JPay

If Securus is anything like ConnectNetwork then you need a VPN to access it properly. Without VPN I can't do anything with the app at all.
