Can someone help me rent an online P.O box?

Hi guys ,i'm Asha, i need to subscribe to an online po box service known as Jmail to be able to receive my penpal's mail, however i can not do so using my own paypal as it would show on my monthly banking details account..and due to personal reasons i can not take the risk. Is there anyone HONEST willing to help me out? I would send them 15 us dollars and they would make the one time payment on my behalf. I know its far fetched but i dont have much of a choice right now.
