How do you guys upload a pic on the forum?

I can't seem to upload a pic!! Tried like 100 pics and they are all too big!!
How do you guys do it?

I right click the picture and open in paint. Then you go to IMAGE then RESIZE/SKEW and then I take it down about 50%, save it and then check the properties when I'm done to see if it meets the WAP criteria.

Glad you already have it. There may have been another program you could use but paint is the one I use per my son's instruction who yesterday was pointing out how retarded I am when I was trying to scan some pictures in. I can't help it if his scanner is retarded. (OK but I was pretty useless too.)

I told you if you sent it to me I'd size it and send it back for you to upload it. Pretty sure I sent you my e-mail.

I upload large pictures to either Photobucket or Imageshack, and copy and paste the thumbnail. That usually works just fine.
