i know mail is generally slow, usually more-so in prisons, but don't know where to find out if there are delays with my PP getting my letters.
i mailed my 2nd letters to my 2 PPs (the first in Sep. 4th mail, the second in Sep 9th mail) and still haven't heard back from either them. one is serving a life sentence and i don't know if they do something like they only get mail once a month or something.
i've thought of sending another letter in tomorrows mail to let them know i was thinking of them wanted to make sure everything was ok, but i don't want to come off as impatient as i can be sometimes.
both of their first responses were 3-4 pages long and full of interest with making a new friend... which i got about between 9-12 days after i sent my first intro letter to them.
now, it's been over 2 weeks since i sent my second letter and i don't know if i should just take a hint and move on or there is something i don't know about (like they only get mail once a month kind of thing).
they are both at the FMWCC in Nevada (no, it wasn't planned they both would be there).
any info or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!

Hi,
there is not really a way to find out if they got your letters, sorry.
Just like always be patient,I know easy to say sometimes I have to wait four weeks 'til I get mail.:skeptical:
Send your letter, wont look impatient for them.
Do your pps know about eachother?Could get difficult to have two pps at the same unit.
yeah... i'll go ahead and write another letter to send in today's mail.
i originally didn't realize 2 of the 3 i chose to send letters to (to start off) were at the same prison until after i'd written the letters and was putting the addresses on the envelopes. each had their own letter.. meaning it wasn't just a "copy/paste" of the same thing. when they each asked for pictures of me, i sent a few pictures but not the same ones to both penpals.
i'd say i'm doing a good job at keeping them personal and separate so i wouldn't see the harm, but can see if they became jealous and didn't want to share a friend... though neither seem like they would.
