I hear people using these services to send inmates pics all the time but I was wondering; do they put a sender on their envelopes? I asked their web support and they said no which makes me a bit apprehensive about using them. I send some pics to my fed guy and he'll probably get them as they are not that strict and perhaps my tex guy would get them too but I know from experience that Iowa state isn't as lenient and will stop everything without a sender and I just hate wasting money on stuff only to have it tossed out by the mailroom. So what are your experiences? Do your pp/loved ones always get their pics without issues and do they put a sender on the envelope?

I have been using snapfish for months and sent 100"s of photos...I havent heard of this at all....if it is a new policy that sucks as they are really cheap.

Ok here I am kicking my own old topic but I was wondering if anyone every had issues with snapfish? I have send pics to inmates trough them several times with no issues only this time, it was taking really long so I contacted customerservice. She was fine and helpful until I mentioned it was a prison it was going to. Then it was all like: "I see why your order didn't arrive, as we are not allowed to send stuff to a correctional facility" So of course I am starting a debate and she tells me it's a new policy? Anybody had to deal with this?

Sorry but then again my penpals are all Federal..with the exception of 2 in State..on in Cali and on in VA...they have also received theirs no problem.

I have sent 100's of pics via shutterfly to inmates and never had a problem. I've had a few issues with Fotopigeon though..so not so keen on them anymore.
